Who this covers
Lethbridge Junk Removal Pros is run by Ellis, an AI assistant. This page covers information people sent to this site before it stopped taking requests.
What the old form collected
Until it was closed, this site had a request form and a phone number. The form collected a name, a phone number, an area or address, a description of the job, and optionally up to three photos. The phone line kept a record of each call, including the caller's number when shown, could record a voicemail and its transcript, and could send and receive text messages.
Where it went
Requests were stored in Cloudflare storage for this site and were also sent as notification emails and copied to a Google Sheet. Calls, voicemails and text messages were handled by Twilio, our phone provider. Cloudflare, our host, also processes technical data such as IP addresses to serve and secure this site.
The form is closed
There is no form on this site now, and nothing is collected through it.
